You may return most unused items purchased from AC Tool Supply, Inc. within 30 days of the original delivery.  AC Tool Supply, Inc. will pay for return shipping if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.  If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  Please contact our Returns Dept. at (877) 207-1244 (extension #2) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.  A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be issued on all authorized returned merchandise.  This is non-negotiable. Fall protection equipment/PPE is closely monitored by OSHA, CSA and several other government safety organizations.  Once fall protection equipment/PPE leaves the manufacturer, it is considered "used" and cannot be resold as "new" goods.  Much of this fall protection/PPE equipment product is also "made to order" and will not be accepted back by the respective manufacturer.  As a result,  no fall protection equipment/PPE may be returned unless it acquired damage during shipping/transport or has a manufacturer defect.  This is non-negotiable.
