The 3M Versaflo TR-300-HIK is a fully ready-to-use HE particulate PAPR system designed for industrial use.
The 3M TR-300-HIK is designed for applications which require respiratory, face, eye and head protection.
The 3M Versaflo TR-300-HIK is a complete kit including a
Versaflo TR-306N PAPR
Unit (Belt-Mounted), a durable leather belt, hard helmet with faceshield and premium visor, a heavy duty breathing tube (Neoprene), particulate filter, a high capacity Ion battery (Lithium) and a battery charger.
Applications
To be used for Cleaning, Drilling, Cutting, General Maintenance, Metal Repair, Grinding, Painting, Sawing and Powder Coating
Best to be used for industrial use including, General Maintenance, Transportation Manufacturing or Manufacturing industries.
3M Versaflo TR-300-HIK Features
Smaller and Lighter -
The Versaflo TR-300 Series PAPR is much thinner & lighter than many of 3M’s other belt mounted powered air purifying respirator units. It stays close against the person’s back, thereby reducing leverage effects that may cause many PAPR units to feel much heavier. The innovative slim profile was designed to use in small spaces, and the contoured,. smooth outer surface wont snag objects as readily.

- Sophisticated electronics ensure that the factory calibrated airflow remains at the nominal 190 LPM - 6.7 CFM rate
Intelligent Power
- The lithium ion lightweight battery charges quickly with no memory effects or dangerous heavy metals. The intelligent charger helps to maintain optimum battery operation & is available as a four station or single station configuration
Easy Maintenance
- The filter & battery can be quickly & easily changed by hand. It's belt & blower unit feature outer smooth surfaces which facilitates easier cleaning
Optimal Usability
- Air inlet design allows sitting without a compromise to the airflow's intake. The filter cover window permits the installed filter to be easily identified. LED light indicators are located on the battery for charge status
Intuitive Interface
— Blue components indicate interface points (power, battery release, filter cover)
