AEMC 3731 2117.61 Clamp On Ground Resistance Tester with Memory and Alarm

The AEMC 3731 Clamp On Ground Resistance Tester measures small grid and ground rod resistance through any season, without the need for auxiliary ground rods, and has memory and alarm features.

Clamp on Ground Resistance Testers are used in multi grounded systems without disconnecting the ground under test. The 3731 easily clamps around the ground rod or conductor and measures the resistance to ground. By taking measurements on intact ground systems, the operator also verifies the quality of the bonds and grounding connections. Continuity and Resistance of grounding loops around buildings and pads may also be measured.
