The TC 7000 can safely be used in explosive Zone 1 atmospheres. Until the present time the only method for carrying out thermographic inspections for these locations was to use an uncertified thermal camera & hot work permits which is a very risky practice thoroughly disliked by most safety inspectors. The TC7000 is professionally certified to use in explosive gas environments in petrochemical industries, explosive dust atmospheres present in sugar production, grain handling / storage & hazardous below ground mining industry areas. Data capturing is simple and accurate using the innovative RFID tag reader which is integrated into the TC7000. It enables infrared images & voice comment linking to a particular location. The time, location and temperature data accumulates into a very powerful predictive and trending tool when you download with CorDEX CONNECT software. Used in tandem with CorDEX's intelligent IR window for electrical inspections only, the TC7000 offers transmission corrections and images are individually tagged to your location utilizing RFID technology. Your inspection time is dramatically reduced and errors are avoided.
