The FLIR Platinum Premier Package
combines both the Silver and Gold Plus Packages, and adds priority service, which in most cases results in only a few days lead time.
The Platinum Premier Package includes the complete, 14-Point Inspection & Calibration Program, as well as the full hardware and/or camera software repair service of the Gold Plus Package.

Examine and clean camera & optics
Clean viewfinder & LCD display
Verify all internal cable and PCB connections
Lubricate and check mechanical components
Internal camera software u

Full operational checks
Re-equalize and v

as needed every range of temperature for uniformity of images
