The Kanomax 0205 can measure temperature up to 500 degrees C.

The Kanomax 0205 Probe for High Temperature measures the temperature that falls in the range 0 to 500 ºC with ± 1% accuracy. It can measure airflow rate in the range of 40 - 9840 fpm with an accuracy of ± 3% F.S. The Kanomax 0204 Probe has the capability to simultaneously measure temperature and airflow rate. This probe element has a length of 0.5 meter or 500 millimeters.
