The Miller X00510 Xenon HLL Horizontal Life Line Kit provides convenient automatic pass through HLL fall protection safety for multiple employees that increases worker productivity, safety and mobility.

Miller Xenon HLL kits provide DIY installation & feature stainless steel patented components which are easy to use & require very little maintenance. Xenon pass through fall protection can be used with rail runways on cranes, loading bays / docks, rooftops, conveyors, machinery, bridges, pipe racks, sports arenas and many other industrial applications.

Miller Xenon kits have been designed for use with shock absorbing lanyards or lightweight (SRL) self retracting lifelines that don't weigh over 5 pounds. Workers should have the ability to reach their lifeline with his or her arm, to make sure they can position the Xenon shuttle easily so it will glide through intermediate guides.

Miller's Xenon shuttle is self aligning to provide you with smooth pass through of the intermediate brackets. The double locking safety mechanism ensures your security, yet enables easy, 1 hand operation. The Xenon HLL system has no moving pass through parts, making the shuttle perfect for salty, gritty or dusty environments.

Xenon Shuttle Fall Protection

Shock Absorber 4 in 1

The 4 in 1 innovative design serves as a tension indicator, turnbuckle, fall indicator, and shock absorber. Work crews can easily adjust and gauge tension, while the visual pop out indicator will alert you about load impacts on the fall arrest system. The Xenon compact design provides a shorter overall distance to your end brackets, improving safety for exit and entry of your Xenon HLL system.

Universal Intermediate Bracket

The automatic Xenon pass through design delivers smooth shuttle passage providing 100 percent system connection. The Miller single bolt innovative design & the easy to remove cable holding guide simplifies maintenance and installation. In case of load impacts or falls, the individual bracket is replaceable without replacing or disassembling your wire rope. Available as fixed-position or adjustable styles to provide you with maximum versatility
