The 3M E-A-R Fit Validation System provides a (PAR) Personal Attenuation Rating for each individual worker.

Integrating hearing protection fit testing as part of your hearing conservation plan will benefit everyone from high risk workers to new hires. Similar to respiratory fit tests, which will indicate that maximized protection can be obtained only if the perfect fit is attained, 3M's E-A-R fit system will assist you in achieving the optimal fit through proper selection of hearing protection & employee training.

In under 10 sec. per ear the 393-1000 system generates a PAR which indicates an individual's levels for noise reduction across fittings and hearing protectors. Compare the ratings for hearing protectors & fittings to find the best fit.
