DBI/SALA 8515834 Advanced Deck Mount Sleeve Davit Base

The Advanced series hoist system bases are designed for manhole and confined space entry/retrieval applications. Portable units are constructed of lightweight high-strength aluminum and adjust to fit most standard entries. Our permanent and clamp-on bases are available in aluminum, zinc plated and stainless steel construction offering maximum flexibility. We offer bases for a variety of applications including floor, wall, core, deck, flush, barrel, forklift and hitch mount to name just a few. All bases are designed to use in combination with an Advanced davit mast, and together form a perfectly matches confined space rescue and work support system. When it comes to confined space entry/rescue, it is essential that equipment operates perfectly and quickly. Deck mount sleeve davit base and mounting hardware - Slip-in installation into existing flooring provides anchor point base for offset davit mast.

Slips into 4" (10.1 cm) hole in existing flooring - Attaches to existing flooring where frequent confined space system set-up is required providing a permanently installed davit mast base to an existing structure.

Flush mount design for 1/4 in. to 2 in. (6.4 to 50.8 mm) thicknesses - Allows passage of personnel and traffic and eliminates trip hazards when not in use.

Highly corrosion resistant stainless steel hardware - Stainless steel offers maximum corrosion resistance to stand-up to the harshest environments, providing added longevity.

High strength stainless steel construction - Offers a compatible anchor point for all Advanced™ davit masts and is perfectly matched to handle the variable capacities.

360 degree davit mast rotation - Designed to allow installed davit mast to rotate freely for maximum flexibility and freedom of movement.

PVC davit mast sleeve liner - Eliminates metal to metal contact improving performance and ensuring smooth consistant davit mast rotation.

Permanent installation with standard tools - Install with tools found in most facillities reducing time and cost of set-up.
