The Cantilever Rescue System Kit quickly and easily converts the 8513159 10 ft. (3 m) tripod into a versatile piece of equipment for high-angle rescue operations over roof edges, parapets, guard rails, cliffs, bridges or other situations. Using the rigid wheel pad supplied with the kit, the cantilever system may be anchored with a service vehicle’s weight, weight rack or with a single anchor point. When it comes to confined space entry/rescue, it is essential that equipment operates perfectly and quickly. Our aluminum tripods are extremely lightweight and portable, easily set-up by one worker and can be transported from one location to another. They can accommodate a variety of winches and fall arrest devices and incorporate quick mount systems for fast and easy installation.

Cantilever rescue system - Kit quickly and easily converts the 8513159 tripod into a versatile piece of equipment for high-angle rescue operations over edges.

10 ft. (3 m) UCT-1000 aluminum tripod (model 8513159) - Lightweight and durable aluminum construction is easy to transport, set-up and use and will stand up to the elements for extended longevity.

Telescoping adjustable locking legs - Simple detent pin adjustment in 3 in. (7.6 cm) increments offers quick and easy set-up allowing you to custom fit your work space.

Top mount pulley system (model 8515150) - Provides an easy way to rout your mechanical devices lifeline over edges, parapets, guardrails, bridges or similar applications.

Rigid wheel pad assembly (model 8515620) - Provides an easy means to anchor system with service vehicles weight or weight rack kit.

Weight rack kit (model 8515631) - If there is not sufficient space for the attendant vehicle, use this to counterweight the system - order 50 lb. (22.7 kg) weight plates separately.

Safety leg support system (model 8514540) - Offers required leg support to use in contilever configuration, preventing movement of the legs when the system is under load as well as adding strength and structural integrity.

Quick connect winch/SRL mount bracket - Easily attach a mechanical device such as winch or 3-way self retracting lifeline directly to the tripod leg.

Order mechanical winch/SRL device(s) separately - Various winch and 3-way self retracting lifeline configurations and options are available to suit most site requirements for added peace of mind.
