DBI/SALA® ExoFit™ XP Large Arc Flash Flame-resistant Style Harness features Nomex/Kevlar webbing construction and corrosion resistant plated hardware for flame resistance and added durability. Harness has back web loop for reduced conductivity and side D-ring connection for convenient work positioning. Harness has Nomex/Kevlar back, shoulder and leg washable pads for comfort. It has pass-thru buckle body belt for quick as well as easy adjustment. It meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA, ANSI Z359 and ASTM F887-04.
Removable Nomex®/Kevlar® shoulder, back and leg comfort padding - lightweight and flame resistant padding with soft edging wraps around the wearer for the ultimate in comfort, security and no-tangle donning Back web loop - replaces standard back D-ring, reducing overall weight and electrical conductivity - for use with web loop lanyards Quick connect chest and leg straps - lightweight one-handed use ensures fast connections Body belt/hip pad with Side d-Rings - provides hip D-rings ideal for positioning, additional back lumbar support and tool carrying options Nomex®/Kevlar® webbing - Nomex® exterior with Kevlar® core provides ultimate flame resistance Leather insulators - reduces electrical conductivity between the buckle and the users body for added safety Protected labels, equipped with i-Safe™ - a Velcro® cover protects harness labels and holds an i-Safe™ identification tag for recording and storing information on inspections
