DBI/SALA® ExoFit™ XP Small Arc Flash Harness features nylon webbing construction for added security and corrosion resistant plated hardware for added durability. Harness has back web loop and front rescue loop connection for convenient work positioning. Harness with leather insulator has one-handed connect buckles for quick as well as easy adjustment. It has Nomex/Kevlar removable back and leg padding for comfort. It meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA, ANSI Z359 and ASTM F887-04.
Removable Nomex®/Kevlar® shoulder, back and leg comfort padding - lightweight and flame resistant padding with soft edging wraps around the wearer for the ultimate in comfort, security and no-tangle donning Back web loop - replaces standard back D-ring, reducing overall weight and electrical conductivity - for use with web loop lanyards Quick connect chest and leg straps - lightweight one-handed buckles for fast and easy connections Front web rescue loops - ideal for connection to a rescue system, web design reduces electrical conductivity Nylon web construction - material self extinguishes after an arc flash protecting the harness, enabling it to safely withstand a fall Leather insulators - reduces electrical conductivity between the buckle and the users body for added safety Protected labels, equipped with i-Safe™ - a Velcro® cover protects harness labels and holds an i-Safe™ identification tag for recording and storing information on inspections
