Features
DBI/SALA® 6' Retrax™ Single-Leg Shock Absorbing Lanyard is kept as short as possible to minimize free fall distance. It is equipped with i-Safe™ RFID identification tag for recording and storing information on inspections. Unique spring technology retracts and expands from 2 1/2' - 6' for complete freedom of movement, added productivity and ultimate safety. Abrasion resistant polyester webbing is capable of standing up to long periods of outdoor elements without tearing or fraying for added longevity. It features easy to use self-locking snap hook at one end and 2 1/2" flat steel rebar hook at other end that automatically locks and closes for added safety. Retraction keeps the lanyard tight and close to the body at all times, reducing trip fall hazards, snagging on equipment and dragging. It includes impact indicator that allows user to visually see if the lanyard has been involved in a fall, providing safe, simple and reliable inspection.
6 ft. (1.5m) Adjustable single leg lanyard: Long enough to be user friendly, and adjustable to allow user to customize length for specific work position or restraint needs Adjustable retraction length: Allows the user to limit the retraction at any interval between 2-1/2 and 6 feet (0.8 to 1.8m) for more flexibility in applications Abrasion resistant polyester webbing: Rugged construction endures rough use, standing up to long periods of outdoor elements including sun exposure without tearing or fraying for added longevity Energy absorbing design limits fall arrest forces: Unique controlled tearing action immediately begins to extend and absorb energy during a fall, limiting arresting forces to safe levels Impact indicator: A deployed energy absorber will allow user to visually see if the lanyard has been involved in a fall, providing safe, simple and reliable inspection Retractable design expands in reaction to your movements: Unique spring technology retracts and expands from 2-1/2 ft. to 6 ft. (0.8 to 1.8m) in reaction to the users movements keeping it out of the workers way, reducing dragging, snagging and trip falls Rugged thermoplastic retractor case: Rugged construction and smooth retraction technology with no irritating lock-ups enhances ease-of-use and productivity Soft pack energy absorber: Features a compact size and soft cover for improved comfort, yet maintains durability for added longevity User friendly self locking snap hooks at each end: Automatically locks and closes for added safety, and allow you to open and connect without getting your thumb or fingers in the way - even with gloves on Equipped with i-Safe™: Built-in RFID identification tag provides a way to record and store information on inspections
