DBI/SALA® Capital Safety Ultra-Lok™ self-retracting Lifeline features 20' Nomex®/Kevlar® web Lifeline, anti-ratcheting self-adjusting disk brake, arc flash rated and self locking swiveling snap hook. It is equipped with i-Safe™, stainless steel dynamic components, reserve lifeline system and has swiveling anchorage point. Lifeline includes semi sealed design with internal energy absorption system, impact indicator, rugged and extremely lightweight thermoplastic housing.
Resistant up to 40 cal/cm2 making it ideal for use where high voltage electricity is a concern. Compact and durable housing is easy to use, transport, store and is built to last. A gasket between the housing halves helps prevent contaminants from entering, extending the life of the device. Offers the ultimate in spark, fire resistance and electrical conductivity for utility, welding, cutting and torching applications The motor spring, fasteners, locking pawls, shaft, springs and ratchet plate are stainless steel for added corrosion resistance to extend the life of the device Reduces the forces imposed on a fallen worker to safe levels Stays locked on rigid and non-rigid (horizontal lifeline) anchors for added safety Stays in line with load for added security and allows use of a variety of standard carabineers Automatically locks and closes for added safety, and swivels to limit lifeline twisting for ease of use. A rip-stitch indicator on the lifeline provides a visual alert that the SRL has been involved in a fall
