DBI/SALA® Rollgliss® Auto Retract Vertical Descent System features 115' of galvanized steel cable that offers complete versatility and flexibility for any jobsite or work environment. Descent system includes galvanized cable with snap hook, sloped descent, guide cable sleeve and suspension bars. System offers speed of approximately 6' per second with a maximum of 310 lb user and cable draws back into housing when user lets go of cable. Descent system offers guaranteed performance without external power source, special skills or tools. Descent system offers easy installation and operation by connecting the emergency descent device with the guide cable sleeve or braking trolley and suspension bars to a user supplied and installed guide cable. It meets OSHA industrial standards.
Offers a fast and reliable rescue solution that requires minimal training for added safety Enables fast, safe and effective descent at 8' per second (varies depending upon weight of user) with no manipulation required by the user for complete ease of use For added versatility, the lifeline will automatically retract after extending during a rescue readying itself for another rescue Abrasion resistant and extremely durable lifeline construction provides added field longevity Requires no specialized training, tools or power source allowing for fast and efficient installation and use Provides added product longevity, reliability and safety in even the harshest environments Unit can be used over and over if it passes user inspection providing a lower overall cost of ownership Integrated RFID identification tag for recording and storing information on inspections and tracking safety equipment Low and high speed models for both vertical and sloped applications are available up to 200' (61 m) length for complete jobsite versatility
