DBI/SALA® Ladder Mast Assembly comes with galvanized removable extension with pulleys, mounting bracket for self-retracting lifeline or winch is to be used with bottom mounting bracket to offer a ladder mast anchorage system. Ladder mast system offers fall arrest and/or retrieval support when it is combined with a Salalift® winch and is ideal for use where the fixed bottom mounting bracket can be permanently attached to the ladder in places like manholes, tanks, vaults and many more. It meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA, ANSI and the stringent ANSI Z359.
Provides a means to anchor an overhead winch or self retracting lifeline to a fixed ladder offering fall protection and emergency retrieval capabilities Simply slide the removable mast into the permanently installed bottom bracket and you've got a safe anchor point, when complete remove the mast and replace the cover Offers smooth and efficient lifeline travel from an attached mechanical device for complete ease of use and added safety Simple mating bracket and deten pin installation provides a fast and easy way to attach the mechanical device to the mast for added productivity Extremely durable and corrosion resistant galvanized bracket simply bolts to fixed ladder structure for quick and easy installation Galvanized construction offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance for added longevity
