FallTech 8447 Large Alloy Steel Construction Carabiner (2 - 1/4")
is made with a rugged alloy-steel construction. This carabiner features a double-locking gate with a 2-1/4-inch gate opening that allows for a broad range of connections. It includes an optional captive-eye pin, and is rated at over 5,000 pounds. FallTech's selection of steel carabiners have been developed to offer a broad range of solutions. We have taken these connectors a step beyond with extra features like captive-eye pins to make sure you get a little more than you may have expected. Specifically designed to prevent roll-out or accidental opening, all FallTech connectors are thoroughly tested and conform to OSHA and ANSI standards.
Meets the requirements of OSHA 1926.502 and ANSI Z359.1-2007/Z359.12-2009
