The Air Systems BB100-CO4R Portable Breather Box is a Grade-D Intrinsically Safe filtration system to supply breathing air for 4 workers.
BB100-CO4R filters the incoming air from your compressor to supply respirators with Grade D quality air and monitors the Carbon Monoxide level present in the air. Independent Regulators permit the usage of different hose lengths & respirators to be utilized simultaneously. The 1st stage element filters bulk water and particulatesand features auto drain functionality. The 2nd stage is a coalescing filter that eliminates ultra-fine particulates, mists, and atomized oils and also features an auto drain. The 3rd stage filter will remove organic vapors and odors but has a standard manual drain. The filter change indicator is standard for all 3 filtration stages. The efficiency of filtration is 99.99 percent at .01 micron. All Breather Boxes are engineered to be utilized in the closed and upright position in order to avoid internal contamination. The (CO) standard airline monitor uses 9 Volt disposable batteries, 8 to 16 V DC, or 115 V AC for continuously monitor the air. The audible external alarm and light alerts workers in the event high carbon monoxide content. (POA) Point of Attachment boxes extend your respirator usage over 300 feet.
